Get Accepted Into CPA Networks
Getting started with the CPA networks is something that drives many marketers crazy. That is because so many are used to the automatic acceptance that comes from most of the affiliate marketing networks. CPA networks are pickier because they want a higher quality marketer.
But, you can get accepted! You will want to follow the outline below if you are turned down (and even before that happens!) by the CPA networks so you can begin making money from cpa deals as soon as possible.
The first thing you need to do is pick the networks you want to join. That is right — you’re going to join many. That’s because there are likely a large variety of offers you want to pick from on the numerous CPA networks. Something that is offered on one CPA network may not be available on another CPA network. But, you should pay careful attention to offers that are available in more than one CPA network. That is because the payout is not always the same! You might find that the same exact offer pays quite a bit less on another network.
After you have determined which networks you want to apply to, go ahead and fill out their application form. They will likely ask you questions, such as how you intend on marketing their offers, where your main website is, how many visitors you generally receive, and other questions at their discretion. These questions may be intimidating if you are new, so just answer them to the best of your ability and know that this is not the be-all end-all.
Submit the application, and be ready to wait up to a week or so to hear something back. Alternatively, you can just go ahead and call the CPA network to gain acceptance right away. A phone call is the magic answer in many circumstances. If you are taking the time to call them and discuss things over the phone, the managers will know that you are serious about this. You will often get accepted right on the phone!
At times CPA networks are a little bit more difficult to get accepted into. When that happens to you, you might want to lay out the marketing plan you have developed to promote their offers. Often laying out a solid marketing plan will make the difference in getting accepted!
As a last resort, you can get a hold of a successful Cost Per Action marketer so they can put in a good word for you. Normally it doesn’t come to this, but it never hurts to make these kind of contacts so you can make use of them if necessary in the future.
If you aren’t able to get into a certain Cost Per Action network right away, and you’ve tried everything, you’ll just have to go forward and focus on the CPA networks you got into. You can always reapply again once you have more experience under your belt. They definitely will not turn down someone who is able to get sales for themselves and for the company! Remember — the networks are there to profit, so if you are able to help them make money they have no reason not to accept you.

I hope u dont mind me commenting on your gblog but i want to help others.
A day ago I got a call from Maxbounty to accept my application. It seemed pretty easy to get accepted and I am from the UK not the USA which I thought might go against me somewhat. I guess I had a few things in my favour. This is what I did when applying and during the telephone conversation:
Used one of my high quality sites as an example when filling in the application. My background is pure affiliate marketing sales so I had a lot of sites already.
Used a professional email address – the same as the website I submitted. My site was http://www.clearskinpores.com so i generated an email from that. Its been going for about a year which helps because I read somewhere that the older the domain the better when they look at the site. Also i’ts my best performing site and is at the top of google. Not necessary but helps. (this is not me trying to publicise my site or spread spam – its just so you all can see the type of site MaxBounty liked)
Have a niche that you have a personal interest in. Mine was health related products. This happened purely by accident – as soon as i told them that their ears pricked up.
Know how u r going to get them traffic to their offers and tell them. I listed at length all the methods I use and that I am going to use – I was honest.
In my application I told them about my keyword research. Eg I found a relevant word that has a monthly search of 2.4 million with little competion. i bought all the domains for it and spoke about this in my application.
The affiliate manager gave me some of their highest paying offers to start promoting.
All I can say is that everyone’s experience is different. As long as u know your stuff you will have a good chance – Ive had 2 acceptances and no rejections so far!!!
Not sure but I think referral links might help people to get accepted so here is mine for CPA Bullet http://cpabullet.net/signup/1371
Good luck!
