Remember that your competitors are probably using blogs, so you should use one as well. If your competitors are blogging, then they are reaching customers easily and effectively. When you have a blog you can publish information about your business quickly while keeping pace with the growth in the market.

Blogs can allow this because readers can submit their comments to the author’s post if the author allows it.
